Account deletion – PokéTCG Binder

If you want to delete your PokéTCG Binder account and all related data, you can request this at any time.

How to request deletion

Please send an email to: henneuhaus@gmail.com
Use the subject line: Account deletion – PokéTCG Binder
and include the email address you used to sign in to the app (Google / Apple / email login).

Which data will be deleted?

• Your user account
• Your Pokémon card collection and all related app data
• Any other personal data stored for your account in our backend

After your deletion request is processed, your account will be permanently removed and cannot be restored. We do not keep your data for marketing or profiling purposes.

Data retention

We only keep data that we are legally required to retain (for example, billing or tax records if applicable). All other personal data related to your account will be deleted.
